PT Omega Mining Services is a mining contractors company that are now developing coal mine project in East Kalimantan. Applicants are invited to join PT Omega Mining Services as positions below:

1. Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor (HSS)

• Min. Diploma degree

• Understand HSE management system, including the implementation of JSA (Job Safety Analyst) and other related policies.

2. Project Manager (PRM)

• Min. Diploma degree with related experience

• Able to manage plant operational and production

• Understand about HSE Management system

• Certified POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya)

3. Health, Safety and Environment Manager (HSM)

• Min. Bachelor degree

• Experience in handling QMS ISO 9001:2008, EMS ISO 14001:2004 and OSHMS OHSAS 18001:2007 (SGS)

• Certified Ahli K3 Umum (Depnaker RI).

4. Mine Engineer (MER)

• Min. Diploma degree

• Certified POP

• Strong ability in analyzing production proses including all related equipment, and make improvement recommendations as needed.

• Understand mid and/or long-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering

• Able to operate minescape and XPAC mining software

5. Superintendent Engineering (STE)

• Min. Bachelor degree in Mining / Civil / Geology

• Have POP certification

• Understand short-term mine planning and scheduling, geotechnical analysis, pit design, and mine dewatering

• Able to operate minescape mining software. Proficiency on using XPAC is an advantage.

6. Plant Manager (PLM)

• Min. Diploma degree with extensive experiences

• Have a deep comprehension regarding plant process and able to develop new improvement to enhance performance

• Outstanding proficiency on Maintenance management

7. Logistic Supervisor (LGS) / Manager (LGM)

• Min. Bachelor degree (LGM), or Diploma with extensive experience (LGS/LGM)

• Have the knowledge and skills related with mine logistic management, such as inventory management, catalogue management, warehouse management, and expedition management

8. Cost Control (CCL)

• Min. Diploma degree with extensive experiences

• Understand the mine materials as well as its equipment specification and expedition process to ensure operational cost efficiency

9. Legal and Compliance (LGC)

• Min. Bachelor degree in Law

• Understand the rules and regulations regarding mining business

• Have broad relationship network

10. Information Technology (ITS)Min. Diploma/Bachelor degree in Information Technology

General qualifications for all above positions are:
a. Min. 2 years experience in a similar role
b. Honest, discipline, highly self-motivated, initiative, team player, and good adaptability
c. Strong leadership skill (except for foreman, mechanic, operator and driver)
d. Good communication skill (verbal & written) in English (except for foreman, mechanic, operator and driver)
