Requirements:

Women, citizens Age max. 25 years (for D3) and max. 27 years (for S1) GPA min. 3.00 (4:00 scale) Education min D3 majoring in Office Administration, Secretary, Management, and Communications Having min 1 year working experience in same position Able to operate computer (min. MS Office & Internet) Mastering the English language (Spoken and Writing) Able to work well and accurately Ability to work individually and in teams
 

Responsibilities:

 Ensure the implementation of training and development activities based on applicable SOP Ensuring the availability of documents / data are current to improve the quality and appropriately distribute training and development function Ensuring the availability of reports and review of activities relevant to the scope of the implementation of training and development program on a regular basis. Ensure the evaluation and providing inputs to the SOP applicable to enhance the quality. Only candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted and invited to participate in the selection process. The entire selection process will be held in Jakarta.
